Back to School Night. These instructors will be dismissed on October 3 at 1:16 as
planned and return at 5:30 pm.

2. Instructors who do not have grade 9 courses or grade 9 students on their roster(s) will

remain on campus on October 3 until 3:00 pm. These instructors will use the two-hour
time frame to work on SGOs, PGPs, and any other departmental initiatives that the
supervisor has outlined.

Advisory Team will attend Back to School Night and assist parents with schedules.

Active Shooter Drill

We will have another active shooter drill sometime in October.  The IT department is working on correcting some of the issues with the electronic doors.  Everyone did a great job getting students secured.  In the next drill, we need to focus on attempting to get the students out of view from the doors.  This can be quite challenging in the "old F-wing" rooms so just do your best to corral the students into the corner as best as you can. Please ask students to take off their backpacks so we can fit as many of them as possible into the corner and out of view.
